About Colin

I'm a professional cartoonist, author and illustrator whose work has appeared in over 100 books. I've written a dozen books of my own and my cartoons have been published in newspapers, magazines and online. They've even appeared on stage and TV.

I been running cartoon workshops for 13 years, ranging from 5-day residential courses for HF Holidays and Missenden Abbey, to half-day workshops for schools, libraries, museums and galleries. Clients include Leeds City Art Gallery, Blackpool Art Gallery and the Natural History Museum, London. My experience in teaching cartooning to both artists and non-artists led to Crowood Press commissioning me to write Drawing Cartoons.

Why Radio Cartoonist? I was the first UK cartoonist to regularly draw cartoons on the radio. The cartoons featured on Rob McLoughlin Live on the UK's latest talk radio station, CityTalk 105.
